Role Overview As a VP, Salesforce Engineer, you will own the design and delivery of complex, end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will operate independently, determining the technical approach and presenting architectural trade-offs. You will work within a global engineering team, coordinating across time zones, driving technical decisions, and ensuring work holds up at a scale. What You Will Do Key responsibilities include hands-on development, integration engineering, global coordination, code quality and platform health, troubleshooting, custom framework experience, advanced Apex and async processing, LWC (beyond basics), multi-pattern integration, data modelling for scale and compliance, and engineering fundamentals. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, experience with custom frameworks, and expertise in advanced Apex and async processing. They will also have experience with LWC, multi-pattern integration, and data modelling for scale and compliance. Good to have skills include working knowledge of TypeScript, experience with test automation, familiarity with AWS services, and Financial Services exposure.
