Role Overview As Vice President of Software Engineering, you will lead the engineering strategy, architecture, and delivery of Escalent's SaaS products. You will be responsible for building scalable, secure, cloud-native applications while accelerating the adoption of Generative AI and intelligent agents across our product portfolio. What You Will Do Lead multiple software engineering teams responsible for the design, development and delivery of Escalent's SaaS applications. Define and execute the engineering strategy supporting our next generation of AI-enabled products. Requirements 15+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership of large engineering organizations. Proven experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS platforms. Deep expertise in cloud-native application development. Strong understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, distributed systems and microservices. Demonstrated experience incorporating Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or machine learning into software products. Experience leading geographically distributed engineering teams. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Passion for developing engineering talent and creating high-performing teams.
