Role Overview As a UX Designer at Glance AI, you will own experiences end to end, from understanding the problem deeply to designs that engineering can build without guessing. You will work on a small design team, with a focus on consumer products, specifically AI-powered shopping platforms. What You Will Do Your responsibilities will include understanding the problem before designing, exploring multiple directions, designing complete flows, shipping polished UI, prototyping to decide, and owning delivery. You will work day-to-day with PM and engineering, and hold the quality bar through build. Why It Might Be a Fit We are looking for designers who are comfortable with ambiguity, can make their reasoning visible, and are excited by a surface with no established playbook. Experience with AI as a design material is a plus, but not a requirement.
