Role Overview The Staff Technical Program Manager will lead proactive database cleaning, de-duplication efforts, fraud flagging, and ongoing data quality maintenance to ensure a pristine data ecosystem. The role involves designing, developing, and monitoring meaningful engagement metrics, and advocating for the continuous improvement of technical infrastructure. The manager will own, optimize, and maintain the end-to-end systems that capture, connect, and distribute critical customer knowledge across teams. What You Will Do Your day-to-day responsibilities will include database administration & maintenance, metrics & data health reporting, technical advocacy, system ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and AI support.
