Role Overview This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on connecting business objectives with scalable technology solutions across go-to-market operations. What You Will Do You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud capabilities, translate complex business requirements into effective processes, workflows, and system designs, and help simplify operations, improve user experiences, strengthen data flows, and enable business growth. Strong experience implementing top-of-funnel processes, including lead, account, and partner relationship management. Demonstrated ability to design and manage complex account, opportunity, and partner management processes. Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to improve outcomes within a business function.
