Role Overview As a Solva Onboarding Coordinator, you will help new hires and internal transfers feel welcomed, prepared, and connected from day one. This is a global role and can be based in any country. You will work closely with HR, leaders, and business stakeholders across regions to make sure each colleague has the information, tools, training, relationships, and follow-up they need to contribute with confidence. What You Will Do Your key responsibilities will include onboarding program management, new hire and transfer integration, cross-functional coordination, learning and capability enablement, stakeholder connection and engagement, and reporting and continuous improvement. Why It Might Be a Fit We are looking for someone with experience in onboarding coordination, employee experience, or a related area, who can build trusted relationships with people across functions, regions, and cultures, and is comfortable working with colleagues across cultures, countries, and stakeholder groups.
