Role Overview As a Software QA Engineer on our team, you will collaborate with other engineers, product management, and operations to build, test, and release our products. You will use your expertise in enterprise product integrations to validate front-end, back-end, and endpoint functionality across our product components. What You Will Do You will define best practices and serve as the domain expert in Jitterbit product testing. You will also establish and maintain test environments and assets across all supported configurations and endpoints. Requirements 8+ years in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering Deep experience designing and executing comprehensive test strategies across both frontend and backend systems Proven ability to build, configure, and maintain stable, production-like test environments Skilled at writing high-quality bug reports and defining meaningful quality metrics and dashboards Hands-on experience in Scrum/Agile teams and contributing beyond test execution Skilled in testing SaaS/iPaaS and other cloud-based systems across Windows and Linux environments Strong experience validating REST/SOAP APIs and testing integrations with databases, CRM/ERP systems, and external services Experience testing systems built on Elasticsearch and Kafka Comfortable leveraging tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Datadog, and other utilities to diagnose issues and validate system health Proactive in partnering with engineering and product teams during design and development Experience working effectively with distributed teams across time zones and demonstrating ownership, clarity, and responsiveness Strong verbal and written communication skills and a passion for improving processes to raise the quality bar for the entire team Experience with test automation using TypeScript or Python is a strong plus Experience leveraging AI tools to improve test generation, code quality, analysis, or productivity Benefits Career development and mentorship Flexible, remote-friendly company with personality and heart
