Role Overview This position performs moderately difficult research, design, and software development assignments within a specific software functional area or product line. The position should have the ability to work on individual pieces of work and solve problems including the design of the program flow of individual pieces of code, effective coding, and unit testing. What You Will Do Collaborate with technical personnel and team members to finalize software requirements and understand product requirements. Develop and review detailed specifications and translate moderately complex requirements into effective software designs. Why It Might Be a Fit We are looking for a team player with strong Java experience, hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices, Hibernate, JPA, and Cosmos DB. Experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting is also required. Requirements 5+ years of Software Engineering experience BS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience Strong Java experience; Java 8 required, with Java 11/21 experience preferred Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices, Hibernate, JPA, and Cosmos DB Experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting Experience with Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitHub Actions preferred), and Azure cloud environments Familiarity with Kafka/EventHub and strong understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems Benefits Country specific benefits Fair and accessible hiring process Equal opportunity employer
