Role Overview Join the Cisco GTM IT team in developing and operating advanced AI-driven automation solutions to enhance platform productivity, scalability, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with business partners to identify and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements. Provide technical leadership on platform architecture decisions and roadmap future solutions. What You Will Do Develop and operate AI-driven automation solutions, provide technical leadership, collaborate with business partners, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, develop and maintain technical documentation, and stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionalities. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce technologies, configuration, and platform APIs, as well as a strong grasp of identity and access management. Experience with AI development tooling, integration with external systems, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is also preferred.
