Full Job Description

Role Overview Join our development team to contribute to the next generation of the SmarTest development environment. Focus on developing and evolving a VS Code and Language Server Protocol (LSP)-based development platform for SmarTest. What You Will Do Develop and maintain the VS Code-based development platform for SmarTest, design and implement LSP functionality, and contribute to the architecture of a modular and extensible IDE platform. Why It Might Be a Fit You will help establish and evolve a strategic development platform for future SmarTest development, enabling customers to use modern IDE technologies and the AI ecosystem around VS Code while maintaining seamless integration with SmarTest. Requirements 3 to 4+ years’ work experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field Strong software development skills and experience with modern software engineering practices Good knowledge of object-oriented and/or modern application development Experience with one or more relevant programming languages such as Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, C++ or similar Understanding of software architecture, APIs and modular software systems Experience with Git and modern software development workflows Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good written and spoken English Ability to work effectively in an international and distributed development environment Benefits Competitive salary Equity Health insurance Retirement plan Paid holidays Vacation time Opportunities for growth and development
