Role Overview Develops software applications using platforms such as Java or .NET by building modular application layers, implementing business logic, and designing user-facing features. Conducts code reviews for maintainability, writes automated tests for critical workflows, and tunes application performance for scalability. What You Will Do Designs and implements data models or reporting features as required. Documents architectural decisions, prepares deployment scripts, and collaborates with QA to resolve defects prior to release. Supports application monitoring and provides technical input for feature enhancements throughout the software lifecycle. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, IRM/GRC, Employee Center, or custom scoped applications. Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, OAuth, Integration Hub, and MID Servers. Familiarity with App Engine Studio, UI Builder, Service Portal, and Workspaces. Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
