Role Overview The Senior Staff Software Engineer will own technical decision-making for teams, shape platform-level architecture, and mentor engineers across teams. The role requires 10+ years of software engineering experience, hands-on expertise in Java and C#, and experience with Kubernetes, Active Directory, and distributed-data fundamentals. What You Will Do The engineer will evaluate technology options, run POCs and benchmarks, and make evidence-based recommendations on frameworks, datastores, and infrastructure. They will also design, build, and improve microservices and backend systems for the SaaS platform, using related technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, and .NET. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have a track record of technical leadership, hands-on expertise in Java and C#, and experience with Kubernetes, Active Directory, and distributed-data fundamentals. They will also be comfortable reasoning about Windows-centric on-premises products and the constraints of dual on-premises and SaaS delivery.
