Role Overview We're looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across multiple engineering teams, systems, and business domains. You'll help shape architecture, technical strategy, and execution for complex initiatives spanning Product, Platform, Infrastructure, and customer-facing systems. What You Will Do You'll provide senior technical leadership across multiple engineering teams, systems, and business domains. You'll drive architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable software systems. Requirements 12+ years of professional software engineering experience Deep experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems Proven experience providing technical leadership across multiple teams or complex technical domains Strong experience with backend services, APIs, integrations, data flows, and cloud-based architectures Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, Kotlin, or similar Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, scalability, reliability, observability, security, and operational excellence Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, logging, alerting, and production operations Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction and drive alignment without relying on direct authority Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience mentoring senior engineers and helping teams improve technical execution Strong ownership mindset with experience driving ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives to completion Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Provident Fund Life & Accident Insurance Internet, Fuel, Meal & Telephone Allowances
