Role Overview Netwrix is seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Software Engineer to develop new features and capabilities for Netwrix Identity Recovery, an enterprise solution for backup and recovery of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Okta environments. What You Will Do The person in this role will ensure scalable, secure, high-quality experiences for enterprise customers in both on-prem and SaaS environments, contributing to the advancement of Netwrix Identity Recovery and key technologies across the platform. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience 10+ years of software development experience with a focus on enterprise software Experience designing and delivering on-prem at scale Familiarity with Windows systems programming and enterprise deployment patterns Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/observability Solid understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, or similar identity and directory systems Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET Core/.NET) Ability to understand and port existing C++ code modules providing core Windows services to the C#/.NET ecosystem Experience with Windows systems programming: services, IPC, and Windows security APIs Strong knowledge of distributed systems, modular architectures, and service-oriented design Experience with SQL Server or comparable relational databases Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and asynchronous communication patterns Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), containerization, and infrastructure as code Benefits Competitive Health Benefits Continuous Learning and Development Opportunities Team-Oriented, Collaborative, and Innovative Work Environment Regular Company Town Halls to Keep You Informed Opportunities for Career Growth and Advancement
