Role Overview We're looking for a Senior Staff Engineer with 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, application development, and implementation. The role involves writing and reviewing configuration, understanding client business use cases, and designing technical solutions. What You Will Do Responsibilities include writing and reviewing design documents, reviewing architecture and design, developing overall solutions, and understanding technology integration scenarios. Requirements Total Experience - 8+ years Strong working experience with ServiceNow architecture, application development, and implementation experience. Strong working experience in service now module GRC and Legal. Strong command of ServiceNow platform components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, etc. Solid knowledge in MID Server setup, platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and integrations. Extensive experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Web Services (REST, SOAP), SRAPI, import set APIs. Experience designing and implementing custom scoped applications. Proven record of delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including version control, CI/CD, unit testing. Ability to consult and influence on technical decisions and architectural best practices. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Prior experience in enterprise software development in ServiceNow-competitive application domains. Knowledge of SOA technologies including REST, SOAP, and integration techniques.
