Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Test Engineer to lead quality assurance efforts and ensure the delivery of reliable, high-performing software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing comprehensive test strategies across all phases of the software development lifecycle. What You Will Do The Sr Software Test Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end testing activities, including developing and executing test plans, identifying and troubleshooting software defects, and reporting test results. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience) 4-6 years of experience in software testing Extensive experience with manual and automated testing methodologies, including functional, regression and performance testing Experience in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium or playwright Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner or other related tools to validate scalability and system performance under load Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, isolate and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high-quality test coverage Proven ability to work effectively with developers, product managers and other stakeholders, ensuring that testing needs are integrated early in the development process Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly report issues, document test cases and collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement within the team Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript or similar Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing tools and working knowledge of how AI and ML model behaviors influence test strategy, test data design, and validation approaches Experience testing cloud-native applications on Azure, or any other cloud platform, including validation of microservices, APIs, and cloud service integrations Benefits Competitive salary Opportunity to work with a leading AI-driven Fintech SaaS organization Collaborative and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and professional development Comprehensive benefits package (not explicitly mentioned)
