Role Overview The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer, with expertise in implementing core process areas such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB. The candidate should have experience in ServiceNow development, ITIL knowledge, and ServiceNow system admin certification. What You Will Do The responsibilities include working on development projects/enhancements for ServiceNow, handling troubleshooting tickets, designing and implementing business rules, technical solutions, and ServiceNow APIs. The candidate will also be responsible for creating and using update sets, designing a highly available and recoverable environment, and proactively keeping ServiceNow skills current.
