Role Overview As a Senior Rust Engineer on the Desktop Native team, you will own desktop autofill and native OS integrations, including the SSH agent, Autotype, native passkeys, and the DuckDuckGo integration. This role is primarily for someone strong in Rust, FFI and language bindings, and native OS-level integration on Windows, macOS, and Linux. What You Will Do Design, build, and maintain native desktop integrations, participate in the hands-on design, development, and evolution of the shared Rust SDK, interface directly with OS-level APIs, and improve performance, reliability, security, and maintainability of native integrations. Why It Might Be a Fit You will partner with product, design, QA, and the Autofill team to deliver high-quality experiences, review pull requests, and contribute to pragmatic refactoring and architecture improvements to the Desktop Native roadmap.
