Role Overview Synechron is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, resilient microservices and event-driven applications. This role focuses on leveraging cloud-native architectures and advanced automation practices in AWS, combined with Java and Kafka, to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives. What You Will Do Develop and support microservices and event-driven systems supporting enterprise applications. Build and optimize APIs, message streams, and serverless functions to ensure high throughput and resilience. Implement observability and monitoring frameworks for proactive health checks and SLA adherence. Collaborate with product, architecture, and security teams to ensure compliance, security, and scalability in all solutions.
