Own architecture decisions for the shared core and mentor other engineers. Set AI-assisted development practice for the team. What You Will Do Implement platform-specific pieces on your platform, Telecom/ConnectionService and audio/push handling on Android, or CallKit/PushKit and XCFramework consumption on iOS. Drive CI/CD maturity across both toolchains and own architecture decisions for the shared core. Why It Might Be a Fit Required skills include 6+ years of professional mobile engineering, production experience with Kotlin Multiplatform, and proven experience extracting a shared module from a legacy single-module app. Nice to have skills include Compose Multiplatform experience, WebRTC, VoIP, or real-time communication protocol experience, and Flutter or Dart experience.
