Role Overview This is an early-team engineering opportunity for a senior builder who wants substantial ownership over a rapidly scaling AI product. The role combines hands-on Python development with architectural decision-making and product ownership. You'll work closely with founders and experienced AI engineers to shape technical direction and build high-impact capabilities from the ground up. What You Will Do Build and scale core products, own backend architecture, drive technical direction, deliver end-to-end solutions, solve complex engineering challenges, operate with high ownership, and collaborate across disciplines.
