Role Overview As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll own complex features end-to-end, drive architectural decisions, and raise the engineering standard across the team. You'll work on a cloud-native SaaS platform modernizing enterprise financial software. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing features, mentoring mid-level engineers, and identifying non-functional risks during design. What You Will Do Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning features from design through delivery, writing architecture decision records, mentoring mid-level engineers, and breaking large problems into independently deliverable increments. You should have a strong understanding of software engineering principles, experience with cloud-native technologies, and be able to adapt to changing requirements.
