Full Job Description

Role Overview We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. You'll take end-to-end ownership of complex features and technical initiatives, lead the decomposition of our monolith into an Event-Driven, Microservice architecture, and mentor colleagues. What You Will Do You'll drive complex features from inception through to production, make independent design decisions, and set the technical standard for the team. You'll also mentor colleagues, contribute to engineering strategy, and act as a credible technical voice with product and non-technical stakeholders. Why It Might Be a Fit You'll be expected to work on complex features, make sound architectural decisions, and set the quality bar. You'll also be a commercially aware and customer-focused engineer, able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
