Role Overview Design, build, and maintain ML and data workflows that use BigQuery, GCS, and related cloud services to support internal products and downstream consumers. Develop backend services, pipeline components, and shared libraries used by our agentic platform. Build and strengthen observability for production workflows, including monitoring, alerting, retry behavior, timeout handling, and operational diagnostics. What You Will Do Own and evolve the ML and data workflows behind our Identity resolution product, including pipeline reliability, data quality, deployment confidence, and operational visibility. Support shared agentic platform capabilities used by multiple teams, with clear ownership of common services and escalation paths for infrastructure dependencies. Why It Might Be a Fit You have 3+ years professional software engineering experience building backend systems, data pipelines, or ML infrastructure in production environments. You are strong in at least one programming language commonly used for backend or data systems such as Python. You have experience working with SQL and data processing systems, and you are comfortable developing against warehouse-scale datasets.
