Role Overview As a Senior Software Development Engineer at CSG, you will lead the design, development, and testing of complex software systems, applying your expertise in agile methodologies and providing technical guidance to junior engineers. You will lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. You will design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance software architectures and solutions. What You Will Do Your responsibilities will include leading the full software development lifecycle, conducting thorough debugging and performance optimization, mentoring and guiding junior software engineers, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
