Role Overview We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in IT Asset Management (HAM Pro & SAM Pro), Service Catalog development, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations. What You Will Do Design, develop, and support scalable ServiceNow solutions that improve asset lifecycle management, software governance, operational efficiency, and user experience. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required. Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting expertise. Experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, Data Imports, and workflow automation. Good understanding of ITSM processes and service delivery concepts. Working knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, CSDM concepts, and Asset-to-CI relationships.
