Role Overview Miratech is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with expertise in IT Asset Management (HAM Pro & SAM Pro), Service Catalog development, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and support scalable ServiceNow solutions that improve asset lifecycle management, software governance, operational efficiency, and user experience. What You Will Do Design, develop, and support Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) and Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) solutions, configure and optimize hardware and software asset lifecycle processes, and develop and maintain Service Catalog Items, Record Producers, approval workflows, and fulfillment processes.
