Role Overview The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Salesforce data migrations, healthcare data, and complex transformation logic, and can operate confidently in regulated environments involving PHI. What You Will Do Design and develop data migration pipelines to consolidate multiple legacy CRMs, flat files, and APIs into Salesforce Health Cloud. Perform data profiling, cleansing, normalization, and de-duplication. Implement patient identity resolution and survivorship logic.
