Role Overview As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will support the Manager, Sales Systems and Lead Salesforce Admins in delivering high-quality declarative solutions and maintaining operational hygiene across Sales, Service, Revenue, and Experience Cloud. What You Will Do Core Responsibilities: Triaging and executing T1-T3 Support tickets, Configure and maintain Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), Experience Cloud, Build record-triggered Flows and reusable subflows; apply naming/versioning standards, Migrate legacy automation to Flows; implement guardrails (fault paths, error handling, test plans), Execute smaller enhancements independently; manage data hygiene (duplicate prevention, validation), Document changes and follow governance standards (UAT scripts, deployment notes), Coordinate with engineering for Flow vs Apex decisions; raise performance or scalability concerns early.
