Role Overview The Senior Salesforce Administrator will lead the day-to-day stewardship and continued evolution of the Salesforce ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires guiding and developing a team, owning critical platform controls, and remaining directly involved in the design, configuration, release, and support of business-critical solutions. What You Will Do The role will be accountable for the reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability of the Salesforce estate, with particular focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the APIs and integrations that connect Salesforce to Slack and other enterprise platforms. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in large, multi-team environments, with substantial hands-on responsibility for administration, configuration, and operational support in a complex production environment.
