Role Overview The Senior Product Manager owns MACH product strategy, portfolio direction, and commercial product outcomes. Reporting to the Head of R&D, this role leads the Product Management and Product Marketing functions to ensure MACH builds market-relevant, differentiated, and commercially successful solutions. What You Will Do Define and drive product strategy across the MACH portfolio, lead Product Managers and Product Marketing resources to deliver against strategy and roadmap commitments, and work closely with R&D to ensure roadmap priorities are clear, commercially justified, and technically deliverable. Requirements 8+ years in product management, product leadership, or related roles within roaming, clearing Proven experience leading Product Management teams and influencing engineering or R&D organisations Strong track record of owning product strategy, portfolio roadmaps, and commercial outcomes Experience building business cases, investment recommendations, and data-driven prioritisation models Experience launching complex software products and working with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market execution Demonstrated ability to engage senior customers and translate market insight into scalable product direction Experience with Agile software development environments and globally distributed teams Roaming industry knowledge, including GSMA, TADIG, BCE, clearing or settlement workflows, is highly desirable Experience with AI or automation-led product development is desirable Benefits Revenue growth and profitability of the product portfolio Product adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction Roadmap clarity, prioritisation quality, and delivery predictability Successful launches with effective product positioning and GTM execution Cross-functional alignment between Product, R&D, Sales, and Marketing Innovation velocity and measurable contribution from new product initiatives Development, engagement, and effectiveness of the Product and Product Marketing teams
