Role Overview The role is a versatile builder who turns all of the company's AI and Data needs into working software. The team is a small, fast-moving pod that works on many things, moving fluidly between them as priorities shift. What You Will Do Build across the stack, design and ship internal tools and systems end to end, work on many things, move between projects and problem types as priorities shift, put AI to work, integrate the LLM, RAG, and agent capabilities into usable software, enable the company, and ship reliably. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack engineer with a track record of picking up unfamiliar problems and shipping, comfortable with AI as a tool, and able to understand a non-technical team's problem and turn it into a working solution.
