Role Overview The Senior Engineer (Support & Operations) will provide 24x7 event/alert/incident monitoring support for in-scope infrastructure, applications, and cloud management. The role involves capturing alerts or situations, raising incident tickets, and performing SOP-based support and escalation to respective technology teams. The engineer will also perform end-to-end incident management for event-based incidents, monitor batch job alerts, and handle batch job requests. What You Will Do The Senior Engineer (Support & Operations) will work in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 monitoring support for IT infrastructure. The role involves monitoring in-scope infrastructure, applications, and cloud management with various monitoring tools, analyzing and acknowledging alerts/events/situations, and creating incidents as per their impact. The engineer will also escalate notifications to relevant teams and stakeholders to ensure SLA compliance and minimal impact on the business.
