Role Overview The Senior Deliverability Strategist will own the customer-facing side of deliverability in Success Services, working directly with mailbox providers, blocklist operators, and industry bodies on behalf of customers. This is a highly client-facing role that requires excellent communication and customer skills, as well as a strong understanding of email authentication, DNS, IP reputation, and mail flow. What You Will Do The Senior Deliverability Strategist will be responsible for onboarding and warm-up, leading deliverability audits, owning incident response, and owning ISP and industry relationships. They will also advise on authentication, partner with the operational side, triage and troubleshoot, report and present, drive migrations, and level up the team. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on, customer-facing email deliverability experience, including setting strategy for multiple B2B and B2C senders at once. They will also have a strong working understanding of email authentication, DNS, IP reputation, and mail flow, as well as experience with deliverability tooling and sending platforms. Requirements Fluent, professional English, spoken and written 5+ years of hands-on, customer-facing email deliverability experience Strong working understanding of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI), DNS, IP reputation, and mail flow Experience with deliverability tooling (eDataSource/Validity, Google Postmaster Tools) and sending platforms such as SparkPost, SendGrid, and Mailgun Hands-on email marketing experience across campaign strategy, segmentation, and list growth Solid grounding in CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, CCPA, and related compliance standards Experience with enterprise ESPs such as Iterable, Braze, Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, Responsys, Sailthru, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred Benefits Competitive salary Remote work opportunity Excellent hospitalisation, personal accident, and term insurance coverage Located in a top-notch facility in Baner - one of the best neighbourhoods for tech startups
