Role Overview As a Senior Client Success Consultant, you will own a dedicated book of accounts, providing high-leverage support to our Canadian Managers' portfolios, ensuring renewals are seamless, admin is airtight, and the 'tech' never gets in the way of the 'win.' You will be the backbone of the client lifecycle, translating complex project needs into action, and managing the 'heavy lifting' of the account. What You Will Do You will get under the hood of Google Analytics and Amplitude, run live demos, and ensure every detail is crisp in sales documents. You will live in Salesforce, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint, mastering tools and optimizing processes. Why It Might Be a Fit You will be a vital link between our Canadian Managers and the clients, requiring strong communication skills, the ability to find the 'why' in numbers, and a background in project management.
