Role Overview This position will support clients and stakeholders primarily during U.S. business hours, with expected working hours of 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST. The role will involve learning the Luminate Online platform, performing system configurations, executing scheduled tasks, and conducting quality control tests. What You Will Do Responsibilities include learning the Luminate Online platform, performing system configurations, executing scheduled tasks, conducting quality control tests, assisting senior Business Analysts, and writing documentation for internal and client consumption. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of online fundraising, at least 1 year of full-time professional experience, excellent written English, and technical aptitude for learning software applications.
