Role Overview As a Salesforce Developer at JumpCloud, you will take ownership of the technical solutions that power our business. Based in India, you will be responsible for the cross-system design, integration architecture, and long-term health of our Salesforce platform primarily and its connections to the wider system landscape at Jumpcloud. You will tackle complex technical challenges, from high-volume data migrations to intricate debugging, ensuring our systems are scalable, maintainable, and robust. What You Will Do Support design and architecture, participate in projects, develop and innovate, own system quality and performance, and accelerate and elevate with AI. Requirements 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and declarative automation tools A strong grasp of multiple systems in our landscape (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft) and their interdependencies especially within the Finance undertakings of a B2B SaaS company Ability to work with Mulesoft or other middleware to bring the vision in the architecture to realisation Experience leading the debugging of complex, unexpected cross-system behaviors Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for a global, asynchronous team An ownership mindset, with a proactive approach to finding and solving problems Benefits Remote work Flexible work environment Opportunities for career growth and development Competitive salary and benefits package
