Role Overview This is an opportunity for an experienced Salesforce professional to build and enhance enterprise-grade Service Cloud solutions in a remote, global environment. The position combines Salesforce development, system integration, technical design, and production support. You will work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Engineering, and other stakeholders to turn complex business needs into reliable technical solutions. What You Will Do Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel capabilities such as routing, capacity, and presence management. Build scalable applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), while maintaining and refactoring Aura and Visualforce components when required. You will collaborate with U.S.-based teams during core U.S. Central Time hours while working remotely from India.
