Role Overview We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to join our team in Remote, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). The role involves owning end-to-end solution architecture across Agentforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Revenue Cloud Advanced. The successful candidate will have 15+ years of overall technology experience, with 10+ years in Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud architecture. What You Will Do The key responsibilities of the role include owning end-to-end solution architecture, architecting agent-assisted and agentic workflows, designing agent orchestration patterns, and integrating Agentforce with Salesforce automation. Why It Might Be a Fit The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of asynchronous processing, transaction boundaries, resiliency, retries, and idempotency, as well as experience with MuleSoft and large enterprise integration landscapes. They will be able to communicate architectural decisions to both engineering teams and senior business stakeholders.
