Role Overview The RevTech Senior Salesforce Developer is the embedded technical partner for their GTM squad, owning the full arc from ambiguous business problem to designed, documented, and shipped technical solution. You'll operate with significant autonomy as your squad's de facto strategic technical partner. What You Will Do Act as the primary technical partner for your assigned squad, building trust with non-technical stakeholders, understanding their workflows deeply enough to anticipate needs. Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear solution designs, build and test what you design, iterate with the business based on their feedback, and deploy your own work to production.
