Role Overview The Resident Construction Manager (RCM) serves as the primary site authority responsible for leading, managing, and executing the entire construction phase of major onshore Oil & Gas EPC projects. The RCM ensures the project is successfully delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and meeting all contractual quality standards. What You Will Do Direct all site-based construction operations, management teams, subcontractors, and vendors from mobilization through construction, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and handover. Monitor day-to-day progress, identify bottlenecks, and execute recovery plans to maintain critical path schedules. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multi-million dollar LSTK/EPC onshore hydrocarbon projects, with at least 5–8 years in a senior site leadership role. The candidate will be a strong leader, able to champion and enforce stringent Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
