Role Overview Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a large and complex portfolio. This client-facing leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, workplace safety, asset performance, budget management, and exceptional customer satisfaction. What You Will Do Oversee end-to-end facilities operations, maintenance, and workplace services; ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies; manage building systems including MEP, BMS, and related infrastructure.
