Full Job Description

Role Overview This role is designed for a recruiter who believes great hiring starts before a position officially opens. You'll own both live recruitment and a proactive talent community, ensuring strong candidates are already identified, vetted, and engaged when hiring needs arise. What You Will Do Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles simultaneously, from job posting and sourcing through screening, interviews, selection, and hiring. Develop targeted job postings that attract qualified candidates while filtering out profiles that do not meet the required standards. Success means building a reliable talent bench, delivering excellent shortlists quickly, and creating a candidate experience that keeps strong people engaged for future opportunities.
