Role Overview This is a fully remote project administration role focused on keeping project cost information accurate, complete, and up to date. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Supervisors have reliable financial and operational data for project decisions. What You Will Do Your day-to-day work will cover delivery dockets, purchase orders, cost codes, timesheets, labor and plant records, and supporting documentation. Accuracy is central to the role, with responsibility for maintaining a 99%+ coding accuracy target and minimizing costly rework. Requirements At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in project administration, cost administration, accounts administration, construction administration, or a related field. Advanced proficiency with Workbench is required. Demonstrated experience processing project costs, delivery dockets, purchase orders, timesheets, labor records, plant records, or similar project documentation. Strong understanding of project and cost coding principles, with a proven ability to maintain highly accurate records. Excellent data-entry and record-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and a target-driven approach to accuracy. Ability to identify duplicate records, discrepancies, missing information, and inconsistencies and take appropriate action to resolve them. Strong follow-up and communication skills, particularly when coordinating with suppliers, site teams, and other project stakeholders. Ability to consistently meet processing deadlines and manage multiple administrative priorities. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the discipline to maintain accurate records in a remote environment. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while remaining responsive and accountable to the wider project team.
