Full Job Description

Role Overview As a Product Owner II, you will define, own, and execute the product vision and roadmap for User & Organization (U&O) platform capabilities. You will align product investments with business objectives, platform strategy, customer needs, security requirements, and compliance standards. You will drive quarterly and annual planning in partnership with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Business stakeholders. What You Will Do Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include creating and maintaining detailed epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation. You will ensure requirements address security controls, edge cases, system integrations, and dependency management. You will also own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business and customer impact. Why It Might Be a Fit To be a fit for this role, you will have 5+ years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience in software, SaaS, or platform-based products. You will have 3+ years of hands-on experience owning Identity & Access Management (IAM), User Management, Organizational Management, Authentication, Authorization, or Access Governance products. You will also have experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments and partnering closely with Engineering teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred. 5+ years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience in software, SaaS, or platform-based products. 3+ years of hands-on experience owning Identity & Access Management (IAM), User Management, Organizational Management, Authentication, Authorization, or Access Governance products. Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale SaaS platform capabilities in a multi-tenant environment. Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments and partnering closely with Engineering teams.
