Role Overview The Product Manager will lead the roadmap for internal business intelligence, identifying key performance indicators and operational metrics required by leadership to evaluate the health of the CPS ecosystem. They will design, develop, and maintain high-impact BI dashboards that provide real-time visibility into application adoption, service utilization, and centralized cost management. The role will also involve analyzing complex datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational efficiency. What You Will Do Define BI strategy, build and manage dashboards, analyze complex datasets, and act as the 'voice of the data' for MSI executives. The Product Manager will also partner with Engineering, Finance, and Product teams to ensure data integrity and automate the collection of metrics from various common services.
