Role Overview As a Product Designer at Monks, you will shape how products look and behave, working alongside product, engineering, and clients to turn briefs and requirements into design that ships. You will work inside a Monks delivery team, using tools like Claude Code and Codex, and be part of an agentic engineering approach. Monks builds products for clients where the experience genuinely matters, and design is how we make complex workflows feel simple. What You Will Do Design end-to-end product experiences, build and maintain consistent design patterns, collaborate with product and engineering to ship real, usable interfaces, and iterate on feedback and usability findings.
