Role Overview The Product Counsel Associate Manager will review global software products and provide practical legal risk analyses, mitigation strategies, and enable those products to go to market in a legally compliant and strategic manner. They will work with Business teams and legal SMEs to evaluate the technology and use cases related to new products, including reviewing inbound technology, data supply, regulatory challenges, and internal client-facing templates in different geographies. The Product Counsel Associate Manager will also develop clear communication messages, guidance, templates, and trainings regarding the technology/data components of products for go-to-market teams, development teams, and the rest of the Legal organization. What You Will Do Key responsibilities include reviewing global software products, providing practical legal risk analyses, and developing clear communication messages and guidance for go-to-market teams. The Product Counsel Associate Manager will also work with Business teams and legal SMEs to evaluate new products and develop trainings for the Legal organization. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a corporate or law firm setting, ideally advising on software, including AI.
