Role Overview Join our People Systems & Analytics team as a Reporting Analyst to build and manage workforce reports in Workday, clean up and standardize our reporting environment, and handle complex data requests from HR and business teams. What You Will Do Build and maintain Workday reports, handle Tier 2 and Tier 3 data requests, audit and clean up report definitions, and work with the People Systems & Analytics team to improve Workday configuration and data quality. Why It Might Be a Fit We are looking for a skilled Reporting Analyst with 6+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or a related data role, and expertise in Workday reporting, data visualization, and project management. Requirements 6+ years in reporting, analytics, or a related data role Workday reporting experience across Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, and Advanced Compensation modules Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Proficient in Jira and Confluence Proficient in Google Workspace — Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Apps Script Strong written and verbal communication in English Skills in SQL, Python, JavaScript, or Google Apps Script are a plus Benefits Flexible schedule Split-shift role totaling 8 hours per day Comfortable working a flexible schedule that includes evening hours on weekdays
