Role Overview The Payroll Administrator II (Data Entry) will be responsible for managing payroll exceptions, adjustments, garnishments, benefit deductions, reconciliations, levies, and other complex issues. The role requires experience in end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries, strong knowledge of payroll legislation, and analytical and problem-solving skills. What You Will Do Manage payroll exceptions, troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues, ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations, and partner with internal teams and external providers to deliver successful payroll outcomes. Requirements Experience managing end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, taxability rules, earnings and deductions, gross-to-net calculations, and payroll best practices across multiple jurisdictions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, interpret data, resolve exceptions, and ensure payroll accuracy and compliance Proven ability to implement payroll processes, support operational rollouts, and drive process improvements through automation, AI-enabled solutions, and technology adoption Proficiency with payroll systems and related technologies, including the ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively partner with internal teams, external vendors, and government agencies in a remote work environment High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail when handling confidential employee and payroll information 3-5 years of payroll experience required, preferably with a payroll service provider Benefits Flexible Time Off Parental Leave Health and Dental Insurance Retirement Savings + Employee Incentive Plan
